For event rentals, no servicing is included. Additional servicing may be added for an additional charge. For long term and construction rentals, weekly servicing is included. You will be assigned a regular cleaning day. If we are unable to service the unit due to reasons beyond our control, there may be an additional fee to return.
Your rental must be placed within 25 feet of the street so it is accessible for servicing and removal. Placement in backyards is not allowed.
Events are billed at a flat rate. The rental period is valid up to a week.
Our construction billing cycle is 28 days. If you keep your rental for longer than your initial billing period, you will be automatically billed for the next rental period. Look at the memo on your invoice to find your billing rental period.
A minimum 50% deposit is due for all orders. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of delivery. For orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery, the entire order is non-refundable.

Our normal delivery hours are between 7AM – 3PM. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we do our best to accomodate any requests.
If you know when you would like your rental to be picked up, be sure to schedule it during delivery. If you do not input a pick up date, it will remain on-rent until you let us know to pick it up.
For short term rentals, no servicing is included. For rentals longer than one week, weekly cleaning is included in the rental price.
For events, we recommend 1 unit per 50 guests that will be attending. For construction projects, we recommend 1 unit per 8 workers that will be on the site.
