Construction Porta Potty Rentals in Belvedere
Most building in Belvedere is residential: remodels, foundation and seawall work, additions and full rebuilds on tight hillside and waterfront lots. Those jobs can run for months, and the crew needs a restroom on site the whole time.
Here’s how our construction rentals work:
- Weekly service. Once a week we pump the unit, clean it and restock the supplies. Bigger crews can get extra service days.
- Rentals of up to 28 days. Our listed rental prices cover up to 28 days on site, and longer jobs keep the same weekly service.
- Placement near the street. Units need a level spot within 25 feet of the street, so on a tight or sloped lot we’ll work out a place your crew can reach and our service truck can get to.
- Add-ons on the same trip. We can bring a hand wash station or temporary fence panels along with the restroom.
Not sure how many units the job needs? Our OSHA porta potty requirements guide covers crew sizes, or you can ask us on the phone. There’s more on our construction porta potty rentals page.
Event Porta Potty Rentals in Belvedere
Summer in Belvedere means the city’s Concerts in the Park series at Belvedere Community Park, and the San Francisco Yacht Club on Beach Road hosts regattas like its annual Belvedere Classic. Most of our event calls here are private, though: garden weddings, waterfront parties and family gatherings at home, where a house full of guests is more than one or two bathrooms can handle.
For a private party with a nicer feel, most people choose one of our luxury restroom trailers, with flushing toilets, running water and lighting. For a smaller gathering, a flushable unit or a deluxe restroom with a sink usually covers it. Give us your guest count and the hours, and we’ll tell you what makes sense. Details are on our event porta potty rentals page.

How Renting Works
- Get a quote. Call (925) 222-5755 or send our quote form with the address, your dates and what the rental is for.
- Delivery. The unit arrives clean and stocked, and the driver sets it where you’ve agreed.
- Service. Job sites get serviced weekly. For a multi-day event, we’ll tell you whether a service visit is worth adding.
- Pickup. We pick up on your end date, or sooner if you call to say you’re done.
Belvedere Permits and Street Rules
Keep the unit on private property, like a driveway or the front of the job site, and you usually won’t need a permit for it. Anything placed in the street or on the sidewalk is in the public right-of-way, and the City of Belvedere requires an encroachment permit from Public Works for that. The city takes applications online and offers half-day, one-day and one-week permits.
Belvedere also has street rules that affect deliveries. The city requires at least 10 feet of paved road to stay clear for traffic, and it limits vehicle size on Belvedere Island and Corinthian Island. Vehicles over the limit need an encroachment permit. Tell us about your street when you book and we’ll plan the drop-off around those rules.

Belvedere Porta Potty FAQ
How much does a porta potty rental cost in Belvedere?
Most standard porta potty rentals run about $170 to $225, and that covers a rental of up to 28 days. Current prices for each unit are on our products page. Restroom trailers are quoted per event, so call us with your date.
Can you deliver on Belvedere Island’s narrow streets?
In most cases, yes. Send us the address and a note about the driveway, the slope and any gates, and we’ll pick a drop-off spot that keeps the road clear.
Do I need a permit to put a porta potty in the street?
Yes. Belvedere requires an encroachment permit for anything in the public right-of-way. On your own property, you usually don’t need one.
Is the unit cleaned during a long remodel?
Yes. Every construction rental is serviced once a week, and we can add visits if the crew is large.
What do you recommend for a wedding at home?
For most home weddings, a luxury restroom trailer. If you have older guests or anyone who uses a wheelchair, add an ADA unit or the ADA Plus trailer.
