Construction Porta Potty Rentals in Cordelia
Cordelia was founded in the 1850s by Captain Robert Waterman, a clipper ship captain, and named after his wife. Today it sits at the busy junction where Interstate 680 meets I-80 and Highway 12. Much of the surrounding land has been annexed by Fairfield, and the area has a mix of custom homes in Green Valley, ranch properties, highway and utility work, and commercial projects near the freeway. All of these jobs need crew restrooms, and Cal/OSHA requires them on construction sites.
- Weekly servicing. Your unit is pumped, cleaned and restocked on the same day every week.
- 28-day rentals. Each rental period covers up to 28 days and renews automatically for longer jobs.
- Rural-friendly placement. We need level ground within 25 feet of a street or driveway our truck can reach. Mention any locked gates or unpaved stretches when you book.
- Extras on the same truck. Add a hand wash station or temporary fence panels.
Our OSHA porta potty requirements guide covers crew-size rules. Our construction porta potty rentals page has more.
Event Porta Potty Rentals in Cordelia
Cordelia sits at the southern end of Suisun Valley, a wine region with its own American Viticultural Area. Wineries like Wooden Valley, Mangels and Tolenas pour along the valley roads, and the rolling ranch land draws weddings, harvest parties and big family gatherings. Rockville Hills Regional Park, a 633-acre open space owned by the City of Fairfield on Rockville Road, is a favorite spot for hikers and mountain bikers.
Outdoor events on rural land usually need a full restroom setup. For a vineyard or ranch wedding, our luxury restroom trailers have flushing toilets, running water and lighting. They need water and power on site, and we bring the hoses and extension cords. For a casual party, flushable units or standard units with a hand wash station work well. Take a look at our event porta potty rentals page.

Cordelia Permits: County or City?
Which permit you need depends on where your address falls. Cordelia itself is unincorporated Solano County, and so are many of the rural parcels in Green Valley and Suisun Valley. For those, street or right-of-way placement goes through the Solano County Public Works encroachment permit process. The county’s Encroachment Division is at 707-784-6077. Much of the area around Cordelia is now inside Fairfield city limits, and those addresses use the City of Fairfield’s permit process instead. Either way, a unit kept on private property usually doesn’t need a permit.

Cordelia Porta Potty FAQ
How much does a porta potty rental cost in Cordelia?
Most standard porta potty rentals run about $170 to $225, and that covers a rental of up to 28 days. You can look up today’s prices on our products page. Trailers are quoted per event.
Does Solano County or Fairfield issue my permit?
If your address is in unincorporated Cordelia, Solano County issues it. If it’s within Fairfield city limits, the City of Fairfield does. You only need one if the unit goes in the public right-of-way.
Can you reach a ranch or vineyard off a gravel road?
Usually, yes. Tell us about the road surface, gates and turnaround space when you book. Restroom trailers also need level ground and room for our truck to back them in.
Do flushable units need a water hookup?
No. Our flushable porta potties use a sealed recirculating flush, so they work without plumbing or water hookups.
Can I rent a hand wash station on its own?
Yes. Our freestanding hand wash station has sinks on both sides, with soap and paper towels, and it can be rented alone for a catering area or added to any restroom order.
