Tiburon Permits and Placement
A unit on private property, like a driveway or the front of a fenced job site, usually doesn’t need a town permit. The Town of Tiburon does require an encroachment permit for work in town streets, rights-of-way, public easements or on town-owned land. The town lists debris boxes and large equipment deliveries as examples. If a restroom has to go in the street or on the sidewalk, apply first.
