Construction Porta Potty Rentals in Vacaville

Vacaville sits on Interstate 80 between the Bay Area and Sacramento, and it has a steady stream of work. New subdivisions, commercial and warehouse projects, road jobs and home remodels all need restrooms for the crew. Cal/OSHA requires them on construction sites, and on a summer day in Solano County, a clean, well-stocked unit matters even more.

  • Service on a set weekly day. We pump, clean and restock every unit weekly, and can add visits for big crews.
  • Rentals cover up to 28 days. Longer jobs automatically continue into the next 28-day period.
  • Multi-unit orders. Standard, ADA and hand wash units can all come on one schedule for tract builds and commercial sites.
  • Fencing too. Add temporary fence panels or a hand wash station to the order.

Our OSHA porta potty requirements guide explains how many units a crew needs. For more, see our construction porta potty rentals page.

Event Porta Potty Rentals in Vacaville

Every May, Fiesta Days brings a parade, a carnival and the Fiesta Days melodrama to Andrews Park and downtown. Lagoon Valley Park has a lake, trails and picnic areas you can reserve for group gatherings, and the Ulatis Community Center and Ulatis Gardens host parties and receptions. On top of that, Vacaville sees plenty of youth sports, church picnics, weddings on rural properties and backyard graduation parties every year.

For large outdoor crowds, plan on enough standard units plus hand wash stations near the food and drinks. For weddings and receptions, a luxury restroom trailer gives guests flushing toilets, running water and lighting. It needs water and power, and we include the hoses and extension cords. If you’ve reserved a picnic area at Lagoon Valley Park, check the city’s rules on outside equipment before you book units for it. You’ll find more on our event porta potty rentals page.

Vacaville Permits and Placement

A unit on private property, like a driveway, lot or fenced job site, usually doesn’t need a permit. If it has to go in a city street, sidewalk or other public right-of-way inside Vacaville city limits, you’ll need an encroachment permit from the City of Vacaville Public Works Department. The application is listed on the city’s Public Works forms, permits and fees page, or you can call Public Works at (707) 449-5170. Rural parcels outside city limits fall under Solano County instead.

Vacaville Porta Potty FAQ

How much is a porta potty rental in Vacaville?
Most standard porta potty rentals run about $170 to $225, and that covers a rental of up to 28 days. Current prices are on our products page, and trailers are quoted per event.

Do you deliver to rural properties outside town?
Yes. We need a level spot within 25 feet of a road or driveway that our truck can reach. Let us know about gates or gravel roads when you book.

Do I need a city permit for street placement?
Inside city limits, yes. Get an encroachment permit from Vacaville Public Works before the unit goes in the public right-of-way.

Is cleaning included for a weekend event?
Event rentals are billed at a flat rate that covers up to a week, and servicing isn’t included by default. If your event runs several days or draws a big crowd, you can add a service visit for an extra charge, and we’ll let you know if we think you need one.

Can a unit stay through a long subdivision build?
Yes. Construction rentals are billed in 28-day cycles with weekly service, and they keep renewing until you schedule a pickup.
