Construction Porta Potty Rentals in Blackhawk
Blackhawk homes are large, and the projects match: whole-house remodels, pool and landscape builds, additions and outdoor kitchens. These jobs can keep a crew on site for months, so they need a restroom that stays clean the whole time.
- Weekly service, every week. Each unit is pumped, cleaned and restocked weekly. We can add service days for a big crew or multiple trades.
- Rentals cover up to 28 days. Our listed prices cover up to 28 days on site.
- Discreet placement. Units go on level ground within 25 feet of the street so our truck can service them, and we’ll help you pick a spot in that zone that stays clear of the main entry.
- Sinks and fencing. Add a hand wash station or temporary fence panels to the order.
Our OSHA porta potty requirements guide explains how many units your crew needs. See our construction porta potty rentals page for the details.
Getting Through the Gates
The Blackhawk Homeowners Association runs the community’s gates. Residents add contractors and vendors to their approved-access list through the HOA, so before delivery day, make sure we’re on the list for your address. The HOA also reviews exterior construction through its architectural committee, so if your project is going through that review, ask whether they have rules about where a restroom can go.
Event Porta Potty Rentals in Blackhawk
Blackhawk hosts plenty of graduation parties, backyard weddings, anniversary dinners and holiday gatherings at home. The Blackhawk Museum at Blackhawk Plaza also rents out its galleries and Automotive Dining Room for private events. For a backyard event, most hosts want a restroom that feels like an extension of the house.
That’s why our luxury restroom trailers are popular here. They have flushing toilets, running water and lighting, and they come in 2, 3, 4 and 8 stall sizes. For a casual pool party, a pair of flushable units plus a hand wash station usually works well. Send us your guest count and event hours, and we’ll tell you what to get. Blackhawk Permits and Placement
Blackhawk isn’t an incorporated city. Homes here have Danville mailing addresses, but the community is in unincorporated Contra Costa County, so the Town of Danville doesn’t issue its street permits. Most units go on private property, like a driveway or the front of the job site, and that usually doesn’t need a permit, though your HOA rules still apply. If a unit has to sit in a county road right-of-way, Contra Costa County Public Works issues encroachment permits for construction and events that use the public right-of-way. Applications go through the county’s ePermits Center.
