- We keep it clean. Construction rentals get serviced weekly. For multi-day events, we’ll tell you if a mid-event service makes sense.
- We pick it up. We’ll come on the end date you gave us, or whenever you call to say you’re done.
Newark Permits and Placement
If the unit goes on private property, like a driveway, backyard or inside a job site, you usually don’t need a city permit for it. If it has to go in the street, on the sidewalk or in a public easement, Newark requires an encroachment permit from the Engineering Division for any obstruction in the public right-of-way.
